RAF Brize Norton had four B-47s\u00a0assigned\u00a0 for air crews that were assigned\u00a0to the 7th Air Division to remain\u00a0proficient\u00a0in the B-47. The assigned Crew Chiefs were Joe Rosario, Marvin Nelms, Earl Jones and Claude Loveless. They called their four aircraft flight the 7th Air Division Aero Club. \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

T<\/span>he 40th Bomb Wing Maintenance personnel and their wives had their biannual meeting in Branson, MO on Sep.30 to Oct. 3, 2013. \u00a0A lot of stories were told and re-told. Most of us came into the USAF in 1953-54 time frame so this was our 60th Anniversary \u00a0of getting to know each other. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (Click on each photo to enlarge).<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Our entertainment for the last evening was a show by Barbara Fairchild. During the\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>show Bud East told me she had her eye on me as we were sitting right beside the stage. I told him it is you she is looking at and sure enough she came right over and sang to Bud.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
